Return And Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY 

• Returns are only permitted if the original item was shipped defective or damaged.
• A mandatory unboxing video is required as proof. The video must explicitly display the package seal being torn in front of camera, failure to meet this criterion will render the unboxing video invalid and the processed return will not be under any circumstances.
• Strict adherence to this policy is essential for initiating the return.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

• Exchanges are only accepted for significant size issues and must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the product
• You may choose to exchange for the same product (if available) or select a different item of similar value.
• A trial image showing the size issue is required to process the exchange.
• Buyers must arrange their own courier for returning the item, and the product must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving it
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
