Defect Policy

  • As our products are factory surplus, minor defects such as loose threads, slight marks, or thread pulls are considered normal and will not be treated as defects.
  • For any significant damage or defect, please report it: within 24 hours with clear images of  the product
  • The defective/damaged area
  • Outer courier pouch
  • Original packaging and protective sleeve
  • If approved, we will arrange a pickup for the faulty item.
  • The replacement will be sent only if the same product is available; otherwise, store credit will be issued.
